Our Strategy for Achieving Goals
Environmental
- Analyze carbon emissions (SCOPE 1, 2, 3) to systematically reduce greenhouse gases.
- Perform Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for all vehicle models across our group and partners to establish SJG SEJONG as a leader in sustainable mobility.
- Ban the use of conflict minerals and commit to using responsible minerals to protect the environment.
Social
- Promote diversity among employees and strictly prohibit forced labor, child labor, and discrimination to uphold human rights.
- Ensure freedom of association and collective bargaining, and contribute to local communities to grow together with stakeholders.
- Enhance a free and horizontal internal culture and build a flexible organizational culture based on performance rewards.
Governance
- Enforce the Code of Ethics to instill ethical behaviors and practices among all employees.
- Establish a decision-making body led by the CEO to ensure ongoing and substantial ESG management achievements.
- Provide biannual training on fair trade, ethical management, and compliance to reinforce the responsibilities and duties of all members.
